It appears that Amazon order files and shipment confirmations are once again available and processing.
Some sellers have noted that order files are available, however we don’t have a firm ETA on Amazon’s full resolution of shipments, cancellations or adjustments.

We have had reports from a number of sellers that Amazon US and Amazon Canada are currently experiencing technical issues. The issues reported thus far appear to be related to order reports and shipment confirmations.
This includes the ability to generate order reports which Monsoon requires to receive orders. Until this issue has been resolved new orders will not come in to Monsoon.
